The Role:

• You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, with admin and assistant support provided. Typical matters include:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build and help-to-buy (if experienced)
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring a smooth and professional client journey throughout

About You:

• You'll be an experienced Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor
• Able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision from instruction to post-completion
• Excellent client care and communication skills - this firm places a real value on service
• Friendly, proactive and a great team player
