The firm is growing and now looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner into its team — someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping clients, and would value a flexible working arrangement that fits around life and family.

About the Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential matters (around 30 new matters per month for full-time), with the support of two experienced secretaries. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the transaction from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients to ensure a smooth and personable service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (volume adjusted for part-time)
• Managing transactions including sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgage and transfers of equity
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Overseeing file progression with support from two secretaries
• Maintaining compliance and excellent service standards
• Being a key part of a friendly and approachable property team

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced conveyancing fee earner, either qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or unqualified with a strong background in managing files
• Confident in running a caseload independently
• Clear, friendly communicator with strong client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
• Someone who values flexibility, consistency and a supportive work culture
