Residential Conveyancing Assistant – Bristol

I am seeking a capable and motivated residential conveyancing Assistant to join a busy conveyancing team based in Bristol. You will work closely with the fee-earners assisting on their files with day-to-day conveyancing duties such as their post completion duties as well as admin tasks.

You will gain invaluable experience in conveyancing matters and have an opportunity to progress your career.

Matters you will assist with include:

• Freehold and Leasehold
• Sales and Purchases
• Remortgages
• First time buyers

About You:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, either as a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A client-focused approach with attention to detail
• Familiarity with case management systems and conveyancing workflows
