Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Job Title: Residential Fee Earner
Location: St Helens or Prescot
Salary: £30-£40,000 + Bonus
Hours: 9-5 (Full Time Office based)

Simpson Judge is proud to be working with a long-established high street firm with several offices across the Merseyside and Cheshire region. The firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and well-regarded conveyancing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner who is confident managing a caseload from start to finish and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team in an office-based environment.

The Role:

• Handling a full caseload of residential property transactions including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New builds and right to buy
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
• Maintaining high levels of client care and communication throughout the transaction
• Working closely with internal support staff and other departments as needed

About You:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, ideally managing your own caseload
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Confident and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Happy to be based full-time in the office (no hybrid working)
