A prestigious, full-service legal firm located in the West End is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high net worth clients (HNWI) and handle new build projects and complex, high-value transactions. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge and demonstrate experience from reputable firms, whether in the City, West End, or a distinguished regional firm.

The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer's role

As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a portfolio of residential property transactions, working closely with high net worth clients and new build projects. You will be responsible for overseeing each transaction from instruction through to completion, ensuring high levels of service and technical excellence. The successful candidate will be familiar with the particular demands of high-value transactions and will bring expertise in managing complex conveyancing cases efficiently.

The Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Extensive experience in handling new builds and advising high net worth clients.
• Strong technical knowledge in all aspects of residential property law.
• Experience working with reputable City or West End-based firms, or a top-tier regional firm with a strong reputation in the field.
• Excellent academic background, including detailed A-level results and university grades on your CV.
