Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Are you a Conveyancing Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in the West Midlands?

Our client, a Legal 500-ranked firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Residential Conveyancing Lawyer of circa 2+yrs PQE or equivalent to join its property team. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative environment on matters including:

- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

- Remortgages

- Transfers of equity

- New build transactions

Working as part of a busy team you will be providing a high standard of client care, ensuring that matters are dealt with promptly and progressing accordingly, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

The firm offers a competitive remuneration package and there are also opportunities for ambitious conveyancing lawyers to progress, with a number of the firm’s leadership team being ‘homegrown’.
