Legal Secretary – Residential Property
Location: Worcester | Hours: Full Time (35 hours/week) | Term: Permanent

A well-regarded regional law firm, ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support its busy Residential Property team in the Worcester office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support conveyancing transactions from file opening to post-completion
• Draft and manage correspondence, Land Registry applications and SDLT returns
• Handle file management, client communication and diary coordination
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing or a legal secretarial role
• Strong communication, typing and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• High attention to detail and a client-focused approach
