Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to join its well-established Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to further their career within a reputable and highly regarded law firm.

You will be confident in managing your own caseload while also providing support to the Head of Team on more complex matters. This is a client-facing position, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• Managing Transfers of Equity
• Drafting and processing Assents
• Overseeing Re-mortgages and First Registrations
• Assisting with Lease Extensions
• Ensuring smooth progress of transactions from instruction to completion
• Supporting the Head of Team in complex or high-value matters

You will also be encouraged to attend internal and external networking and marketing events to promote the team, the firm and yourself – contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.

• Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Competence in legal research and good file management practices
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

This role will be based at head office in Walsall, with some travel required to other local offices to meet client needs.
