Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential Property team in Sheffield, providing key support to our experienced fee earners.

You'll be working in our Residential Property department based in Sheffield. The team handles a wide range of residential conveyancing work, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, company buy-to-let, shared ownership, and complex title matters for clients across the UK.
In this role, you will support our experienced property lawyers, assisting them in delivering top-tier legal advice and conveyancing services. While you won't be responsible for running your own caseload, you will play a vital role in supporting fee earners where needed.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and capable paralegal or conveyancing assistant who thrives in a team environment. You'll bring:

• A friendly, proactive, and positive approach
• 
  Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• 
  Previous experience in residential conveyancing, either as a paralegal or conveyancing assistant
• 
  Confidence in handling a range of matters relating to both freehold and leasehold properties (preferred but not essential)
