Role: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

We're currently working with a market leading multi service law firm who are seeking a proactive Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to support their dynamic Edinburgh Property Team. You'll work alongside experienced solicitors handling a broad range of residential transactions-from initial instruction through to post-completion-across Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Key Responsibilities

- Attending meetings and recording key notes as needed
- Maintain accurate file records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Representing clients purchasing property and, where applicable, selling their existing properties
- Conduct and analyse property searches
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required

About You

-Previous experience as a paralegal in residential conveyancing (highly desirable)
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication-both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate, ideally with experience of property case management systems
- A proactive, client-focused demeanor.
