Are you a Legal Assistant or Paralegal with residential property experience?

A leading private practice in Newbury, Thames Valley, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join its growing property team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression in residential property law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team with sales, purchases, equity release, re-mortgaging, leasehold enfranchisement and property transfers.
• Handle file openings, registrations, pre/post-exchange and completion processes.
• Use the Land Registry Portal for document management and submissions.
• Collaborate with a team to provide exceptional client service.

About You:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing within a private practice.
• Familiarity with Land Registry Portal and conveyancing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness
