Our client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience to join their busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in supporting our solicitors and delivering a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors in managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conducting searches, ID checks, and other compliance-related tasks.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to progress matters smoothly.
• Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
• Providing general administrative support to the property team as required.

About You

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Paralegal (preferably in residential conveyancing).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong client care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude.
