What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run a steady and well-supported residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
• Oversee and guide a small team of conveyancers, assistants and support staff
• Play a key role in enhancing the department’s client offering and local reputation
• Optionally get involved in firm-level decision-making and compliance leadership

What You’ll Need:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential property law
• Demonstrable leadership qualities and team management experience (formal or informal)
• No requirement for a client following – the firm has a strong local client base and workflow already in place
