A boutique, partner-led law firm based in Esher, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its growing property team as a Partner.

The Residential Property Team
The property team handles a busy and varied caseload of residential and commercial transactions, including high-value deals for discerning clients under tight deadlines. The work includes residential sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), commercial property transactions, lease extensions, refinancing matters, and auction sales and purchases. The team is known for its technical excellence, responsiveness, and strong client relationships, often working with clients across generations.

The Role
The firm is looking for a capable and proficient conveyancer who can manage a diverse and busy caseload independently. The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Residential property sales and purchases
• Leasehold transactions
• Commercial property matters
• Auction transactions
• High-value, time-sensitive transactions
