Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (4+ years PQE ) seeking a new opportunity? Join our dynamic and growing conveyancing team in this key placement due to retirement.

About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish. This includes handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity release transactions for freehold and leasehold properties. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of property transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop and expand the department’s services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service

About You:
To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing
• The ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold property transactions
• A proactive approach to business development and client engagement
