Job Description - Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Residential Property Solicitor
Clitheroe/Hybrid
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Are you a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE looking to develop your career in a firm that values both its people and its clients? I am working with a highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for a forward-thinking culture and commitment to excellence.

The Role:
Joining the busy Residential Property Team, you will:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties.
Provide expert advice and support to clients and agents, ensuring outstanding service.
Prepare and draft legal documentation, keeping clients updated throughout the process.
Work closely with other departments to refer and develop client relationships.
Assist with business development and marketing activities to help grow the firm’s presence.
Use the Case Management System effectively, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property.
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, managing a busy caseload with confidence.
A detail-oriented and proactive approach to client service.
A team player with a commercial mindset, keen to contribute to business growth.
