Job Description - Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

An established and growing law firm is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team in Farnham on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for a solicitor or qualified conveyancer who enjoys working autonomously, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New builds and shared ownership
- Lease extensions and re-mortgages
Provide expert legal guidance to clients from instruction through to completion
Liaise effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
Ensure all matters are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care
Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the conveyancing department

About You:

A minimum of 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx)
Confident managing files from start to finish with minimal supervision
Strong communication and client care skills
Detail-oriented, with a proactive and professional approach
