We are eager to speak to experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors (2 years PQE+), who are looking for a new opportunity to join an established, leading firm in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy-high performing team, servicing a variety of clients daily. Ideally, you will be a proactive, well organised and professional team member, who can manage a high volume of cases daily, whilst maintaining quality service and relationships. You will enjoy collaborating with, and supporting the wider team, utilising your market knowledge and skills daily

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working core business hours Monday – Friday. The salary for this role is dependent on experience and PQE. This role also offers hybrid working, as well as an attractive benefits package.

Are you who we are looking for?

• You are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• You have strong residential conveyancing experience a well as strong market knowledge
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You can work well individually and as part of a wider team environment
• You can build strong business relationships, as well as seek out new business when required
• You are a highly motivated, driven and a proactive individual
• You can manage you time and diary effectively to complete all tasks
• You enjoy building and maintaining key business relationships

What is the day to day like?

• Providing support to busy residential conveyancing team
• Maintaining excellent client relationships with new, existing and referred business
• Building new business development opportunities through strong relationships and questioning
• Maintaining regular client contact, ensuring excellent service levels daily
• Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges
• Drafting and revising all legal documents
• Examining titles
• Supporting junior team members when required
