Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor
Location: Wirral (Office-Based)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

An established and respected law firm on the Wirral is seeking a capable and motivated Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor to join its busy property team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering long-term career stability in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
• Handling a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build properties.
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress matters efficiently.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice while maintaining excellent standards of client care.
• Ensuring files are kept up to date and compliant with regulatory and firm-wide requirements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and excellent attention to detail.
• A client-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
