My client is a leading Legal 200 ranked law firm based in Winchester, who is looking for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor to join a successful department in this critical hire.

You’ll be a Residential Conveyancer (NQ-3 years PQE) given the autonomy to manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

This is a friendly and supportive team to help your development.

You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
