Job Description - Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Bramah Recruitment are looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential property law and a commitment to delivering outstanding legal services. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing high-quality advice and support throughout the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
Provide clear and practical legal advice on all aspects of residential property law.
Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
Conduct detailed due diligence and property searches to identify potential issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about changes in property law and best practices to provide the most relevant guidance.

Skills and Experience

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Experience using case management systems is advantageous but not essential.
