Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

? Supervise and support the wider Residential team

? Manage your own caseload including sales, purchases and remortgages

? Maintain regular communication with clients regarding the progress of their files

? Build and maintain a loyal client base

? Participate in business development initiatives

? Liaise effectively with clients, agents and other solicitors

? Conduct searches and assist with the exchange and completion processes

? Manage and update case files

? Stay current with relevant legal regulations and procedures

? A qualified conveyancer (CILEX, licensed conveyancer or solicitor) with substantial residential conveyancing experience

? A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience

? Strong supervisory skills and leadership capabilities

? Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently

? Experience bridging finance, new builds and Building Safety Act transactions is preferred

? Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
