What You'll Do:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• draught and review legal documents, including contracts and transfers.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure timely completions.
• Keep clients informed throughout the conveyancing process, providing reassurance and clarity.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and client care.

Who You Are:

• Holds a valid Solicitor qualification and is experienced in residential conveyancing.
