Location: Preston

The Opportunity:
A well-established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly and busy team. This is a great opportunity to build your career within a firm that prioritises client care, teamwork, and high-quality service.

The Role:
As part of the Residential Property team, your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own caseload from instruction to post-completion.
Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build matters.
Preparing contracts, statements, SDLT returns, and Land Registry forms.
Reviewing titles, ordering searches, and advising clients clearly and effectively.
Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, and solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
Supporting the Head of Department in supervision and client queries when needed.
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.
Assisting with marketing and client relationship activities.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
Confidence in handling a full caseload independently.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Strong technical understanding of property law.
A professional and client-focused approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
