With a team of around 40 professionals, the firm specialises in delivering high-quality property and legal services to a diverse client base, including both individuals and businesses. Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team. Residential Property Solicitor – Glasgow
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of residential property transactions
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient process from instruction to completion
• Delivering a high standard of service to all parties involved

Candidate Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor in Scotland (essential)
• Ideally (flexible) 4+ years’ PQE in residential property law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
