Conveyancing Executive/Solicitor – Residential Property – Bristol

My client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive, Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy residential property team.

The Role:
You will manage a full caseload from instruction to post-completion across all areas of residential conveyancing, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Shared ownership, new builds, Help to Buy, Right to Buy
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity and transfers of part

Key duties include drafting contracts and transfer deeds, raising and responding to enquiries, reporting on title and searches, liaising with clients, lenders and agents and ensuring compliance with SRA and CQS protocols.

About You:

• Proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Professional and client-focused approach
