Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) – Swindon

My client is a well-established, full-service law firm with five offices across the South, renowned for delivering high-quality legal services to both private and business client. Who is currently looking to hire in its residential conveyancing team for the Swindon office which is busy and looking to expand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload while contributing to the development of a growing team.

What the role involves............

• Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and re-mortgages, with minimal supervision
• Managing a small team of support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and delegation
• Work on a highly developed case management system
• Expanding your professional network to generate referrals and new business
• Working alongside the partners to shape the team’s business development strategy

What we’re looking for.....................

• A Qualified Solicitor, or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer circa 3PQE
• Strong technical expertise in handling a mixed residential property caseload
• A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in managing support
• Proficient in IT systems, including case management software and Microsoft Office
