Residential Property Solicitor - Oldham

£40,000 to £55,000 | Full-time | Hybrid potential

Join a growing and supportive residential property team at a well-established law firm in the Oldham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of residential conveyancing experience to handle a broad caseload and work directly with clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease transactions from instruction through to completion
Draft, review, and advise on contracts, transfer deeds, and all relevant documents
Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
Maintain high standards of client care and service throughout the process
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations

What we’re looking for:

A qualified solicitor (minimum 3 years PQE) with a solid background in residential conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision
A team player who’s proactive, organised, and driven
