A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is actively seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding team based in Oswestry. The Role:

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll handle a full caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Other general residential conveyancing transactions

You’ll be joining a close-knit team of two Fee Earners and two Assistants at the Oswestry office, with access to strong administrative support and resources to help you succeed.

About You:

• Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor with around 4+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• However, those with more or less experience will be considered based on suitability and team fit
• You’ll be able to hit the ground running, manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and work well in a collaborative team setting
