Job Description - Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Bolton / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Are you a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE looking for your next challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm that prides itself on exceptional client care and a supportive environment for professional growth.

The Role:
As a key member of the expanding Residential Property department, you will:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
Provide practical, concise legal advice to clients and third parties, ensuring a smooth and informed transaction process.
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents while keeping clients fully updated throughout each stage.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless client service and maximise referral opportunities.
Take part in networking and marketing initiatives to contribute to the growth of the department and wider firm.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
Strong ability to manage a busy, mixed caseload with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a client-focused approach.
High attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude towards business development and teamwork.
