A well-regarded and expanding legal practice in the Wilmslow area is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in the development of a brand-new conveyancing department.

This position requires full-time office attendance for the first three months, after which a hybrid working model may be available.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting searches, and handling title investigations
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations
• Providing exceptional client service and maintaining professional standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills
• Proficiency in using conveyancing case management systems and digital tools

Preferred Background:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• At least 3 years' experience handling a full range of residential transactions
