Residential Conveyancing Associate/Senior Associate (6+ years')

A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists and build a long-term, rewarding career in a firm known for its quality, technical strength and client-focused approach.

You will:

• Manage your own varied caseload, covering purchase, sale, re-mortgage, repossession, matrimonial conveyancing, discharges and title transfers
• Support the Partners in client relationship management
• Contribute to business development
• Provide mentorship within the team as required

This role will suit someone confident working independently in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality, compliant legal work. You’ll also be a strong communicator, adept at managing client expectations and delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
• Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Sound understanding of compliance and risk
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
