A well-established law firm based in Sevenoaks is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to take ownership of a varied residential property caseload in a friendly and professional environment.

The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor's role

The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a full caseload of residential matters from instruction through to completion. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.

You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive an efficient and personal service. The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will also have the opportunity to support junior team members and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.

The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing

• Proven track record of handling your own residential property caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and legislation

• Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain excellent client communication

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
