Residential Property Solicitor (4+ PQE)

Full Time | Permanent | Altrincham

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to progress your career and work on high-value, complex property matters?

Our client, a Top 200 Law Firm with an outstanding reputation for legal expertise and client service, is seeking a skilled solicitor to join its Altrincham office.

Role Overview

Manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
Work closely with colleagues across departments on property issues linked to Private Client, Family, Insolvency and more
Collaborate with the wider Property team on high-value and complex cases
Provide support, mentoring and supervision to junior fee earners

What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
Strong track record in residential property, including independent caseload management
Experience supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
Solid billing history and an interest in business development
