Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from instruction to completion.
Monitoring service levels and departmental KPIs, maintaining efficiency and client satisfaction.
Supporting business development activities to grow the team’s profile and caseload.
Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the property department.
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 10 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
Strong experience managing a high-volume caseload independently.
Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is advantageous.
