The Role

My client is looking for quality Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing practice that places communication, client care, and innovation at the core of everything it does.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion
Providing a 1-2-1 tailored service to clients, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and availability
Liaising directly with clients, agents, mortgage brokers and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of matters
Using a modern case management system and digital tools to streamline the conveyancing process
Upholding their ethos of accessibility, clarity, and personal care throughout the client journey

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in residential property law (more experienced candidates welcome)
Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
Tech-savvy, with a willingness to embrace digital tools and systems
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage a busy caseload independently
Passionate about property and committed to changing the narrative around conveyancing
