Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer - 5 PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ experience, to join an extremely well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Leamington Spa.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring full compliance with CQS standards and all regulatory obligations

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the firm’s strong reputation for delivering excellent client service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ experience handling residential property matters
• Confident managing files independently across a range of transaction types
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively within a close-knit team
