Salary: £27,879 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: 3 x 12.5-hour shifts, including some weekend work

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Residential Day Support Worker to join a friendly and dedicated team in Poole.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support clients as they work towards positive change, greater independence and successful reintegration into the community.
Working as part of the residential team, you will provide practical and emotional support, help manage risk, encourage compliance and contribute to a safe and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support clients through induction, prison assessments and move-on planning.
Help clients work towards positive outcomes and successful reintegration into the community.
Deliver programmes and keywork sessions that support personal development and positive behaviour.
Contribute to risk assessments and risk management plans.
Monitor compliance and identify and report changes in risk or behaviour.
Participate in professional and multi-agency meetings, sharing relevant information appropriately.
Support the day-to-day operation of the service, including client entry and exit procedures

A professional approach and commitment to safeguarding and client wellbeing.
A willingness to undertake additional training relevant to the needs of the service.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and unsociable hours as part of a rota.

Additional Requirements

A satisfactory Enhanced DBS with Adult Barred List check is required.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Flexibility to work a 3 x 12.5-hour shift pattern, including some weekends, is essential.
