Residential Development & Investments Analyst

up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Development & Investments Analyst to join our Client's dynamic team in Prime Central London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our residential development projects across London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential residential development and investment opportunities.
• Analyse financial data, including cost estimations, profit forecasts, and investment returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Project analysis
• Proven experience in real estate development, investment analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
