Residential Development Solicitor

A highly respected UKTop200 commercial law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Legal500 team with a strong client base of national and regional housebuilders, developers and landowners.

What the firm is looking for:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in residential development or commercial property with exposure to development work
• Experience advising housebuilders, landowners, or developers on site acquisitions, infrastructure agreements and land promotion
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
• A genuine interest in the residential development sector and building long-term client relationships
