Exciting Role in Real Estate Development

Are you ready to elevate your career in real estate development? This multi-faceted position offers an unparalleled chance to work alongside some of the biggest names in house building, as well as niche developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage in complex and large-scale land acquisitions for renowned household names across England and Wales.
  • Your role will also encompass collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration.
Join the largest residential development team in the UK, comprising 200 specialists. This team exclusively partners with top housebuilders, including all of the top 10 housebuilders in the UK

Expertise required:

  • A Solicitor who is either a Newly Qualified (NQ) or has up to 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • While experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous, applications from skilled commercial property lawyers eager to specialise in residential work are also welcomed.
