This forward thinking leading Legal 50 law firm based in Southampton, with offices across the UK, have a track record for success and is looking for a Solicitor in its Residential Development team in this key placement.

This firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. You will be handling a fantastic caseload to include high value development work that includes conditional contracts and transfers, development agreements and high value residential development and investment projects. You will also be active in business development and networking events.

Acting for major national and regional house builder clients that offer high quality work, the firm will also offer a clear career path from the outset as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
