Location: Finsbury
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

A prestigious and architecturally distinctive residential estate in North London is seeking a proactive and service-driven Duty Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead an on-site team. What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a high-density estate
• Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and incidents
• Lead and support the on-site team, including Concierge staff, a Painter, and a Maintenance Operative.
• Support delivery of PPM schedules and M&E servicing routines
• Uphold health & safety compliance and estate presentation standards
• Contribute to client reporting, KPI tracking, and resident communication
• Collaborate with the Estates Director and assist with ongoing improvement projects

Who You Are:

• Experienced in residential block management or duty/site operations
• Confident managing teams, contractors, and day-to-day service delivery
• Familiar with PPM, M&E, and building services oversight
• Skilled in resident communication, client reporting, and KPI monitoring
• Proactive and hands-on, with strong organisational skills
• Open to feedback, adaptable, and solution-focused
• Experience on complex developments (beneficial but not essential)
• Understanding of fire safety and estate compliance (beneficial but not essential)
