Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a fantastic new role for a Residential Legal Assistant at a National law firm. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organised professional to join their Residential and Conveyancing team.

Residential Legal Assistant responsibilities:

• Submit registration and reply to requisitions through Land Registry Portal
• Experience of Leasehold transactions
• Provide client updates and deal with queries
• Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax and submit applications
• General administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a conveyancing assistant
• Understanding of the conveyancing process
• Knowledge of day-to-day operations within a legal office
• Strong knowledge of case management software
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
