Job Description - Residential Paralegal

Service Care Solutions are working in direct partnership with a well-established and growing legal firm in Stirling, who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
Carrying out title checks and reporting on title
Handling property registrations and liaising with HM Land Registry
Communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
Supporting solicitors and partners on complex residential and portfolio matters

The ideal candidate:

Has strong experience in residential conveyancing
Is confident working independently and collaboratively in a team
Brings enthusiasm and professionalism to a growing department

What’s on offer:

Hybrid working model – flexibility with in-office and remote balance
Salary: £36,000–£37,000 (depending on experience, with potential for negotiation)
