An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Associate to join a well-regarded law firm based in London. The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters - ranging from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals with property portfolios. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver commercially astute legal solutions and uphold the team’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of residential property files from instruction through to completion

• Delivering tailored legal advice with a commercial approach

• Maintaining excellent standards of client service across all transactions

• Working closely with senior lawyers and partners to ensure effective solutions for clients

• Developing strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities

• Contributing to team targets, internal cross-referrals, and networking activities

• Assisting with pitches and team projects as required

• Managing WIP, billing and time recording in line with firm procedures

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEx) with proven residential property experience

• Solid background in handling a broad range of conveyancing matters independently

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team

• Organised, proactive and a genuine team player
