Job Description - Residential Property Associate

A top 100 law firm is currently seeking a Residential Property Associate to join their team in South West London.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Deeds of Variation of Leases
Transfers of Equity

The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3 years’ PQE plus)
Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing
Initiative, enthusiasm, and commercial awareness
A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
A proven ability to meet fee and time targets
A strong track record in business development and marketing
