Residential Property Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE sought for a L500 Residential Property team

The Opportunity

This role will see you advise on all aspects of residential property from acquisitions, disposals and financing of both freehold and leasehold properties, predominantly in Prime Central London. Clients include investors and developers as well as High Net Worth individuals, both in the UK and overseas.

The team are chambers ranked for their High Value Residential work, regularly advising on sales and purchases upwards of £30-100m.

Requirements

• 2-4 years' PQE, gained from a reputable firm
• Experience in prime Central London market
• Experience establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with agents and referrers
