Description

The Residential Property Solicitor will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and lease extensions.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct property searches and liaise with third parties such as surveyors and estate agents.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to address their needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and market trends in Reading and beyond.

Profile

The successful Residential Property Associate should have:

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive at least 1 year PQE
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills within the legal sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
