Residential Property Associate Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are working with a successful law firm who are seeking an experienced and client-focused Residential Property Lawyer at Senior Solicitor or Associate level to join their well-established and expanding Residential Property team based in Edinburgh. Their team is recognised for its depth of knowledge across all aspects of residential property law.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Advising on all aspects of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, new build properties, re-mortgages, and title transfers
• Providing occasional legal advice to property developers on land and building acquisitions
• Effectively managing a diverse portfolio of transactions with attention to accuracy, time lines, and client communication
• Engaging with solicitors, financial institutions, and other third parties to ensure successful transaction outcomes

Education and skills: We are looking for a Solicitor who demonstrates:

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing, with the ability to handle complex transactions
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
